The system provider for automatic surface coating systems is increasingly targeting industries such as renewable energies, mobility, glass, and metal at PaintExpo. One highlight is the mobile coating system "Ven Spray Monopile by Rodopi."
Developed in collaboration with customer Rodopi, the solution is designed for the automatic coating of 2,000-ton monopiles. These monopiles support offshore wind turbines. The mobile system enables flexible series coating of heavy-duty components.
Robotics for delicate glass packaging
At the other end of the size spectrum are delicate hollow glass containers for the cosmetics industry, such as lipstick tubes and perfume bottles. Here, Venjakob relies on robot-assisted automation for precise handling, drying, and coating in high volumes.
With these flagship projects, the company demonstrates its solution expertise along the entire process chain – from individual system planning to integration into existing production environments. "We want to increasingly target industries in the fields of renewable energy, mobility, glass, and metal," says Gert große Deters, Business Unit Manager for General Industry and Automotive at Venjakob.
