In addition to spray painting, dipping, flooding, or casting, Venjakob has been expanding its competence in the area of roller application systems for several years. Increasingly, these are not requested as a stand-alone solution, but in combination with other application processes or as an entire painting line. At Ligna 2023, Venjakob will demonstrate how profiled workpieces can be effectively coated with a 100 percent UV coating using a special application roller and in combination with the robust design of our machine.
Also live at the show will be Ven Spray One, a machine designed specifically for craftsmen and small businesses, demonstrating how coating systems can be optimally occupied to save resources using the company's proprietary control technology and a software program. Ven Spray One can be easily operated by one employee and is suitable as a replacement or supplement to the manual spray booth.
