Denios has been awarded the TOP 100 seal for the fifth time. The award ceremony took place at the "German SME Summit" in Augsburg on June 23.

Science journalist Ranga Yogeshwar, mentor of the innovation competition, congratulated Denios SE on the award. Denios convinced in the category "Innovation Climate" of size class C (more than 200 employees). The company develops and produces environmental protection and occupational safety solutions, from the smallest solutions to large room systems. Its long-standing success is based primarily on a fruitful innovation climate: a structured suggestion scheme allows every employee to submit ideas online and also follow the subsequent process.

Each implemented idea is rewarded with a bonus. "Innovation is mandatory for us, because we are the world market leader and want to remain so," says Managing Director Horst Rose. At present, he says, the company is feeling that customers are more hesitant to invest, but the crisis is also fueling innovation. For example, Denios has developed fire-protected room systems to protect lithium-ion battery storage systems from overheating and at the same time contribute to the energy transition.
