For the second time, trainees from the electroplating and surface technology sector were invited to take part in the #AzubiChallenge. The aim of the competition is to raise awareness of industrial apprenticeships in electroplating and surface technology. The video competition is organized by the Zentralverband Oberflächentechnik e.V. (ZVO) under the leadership of the ZVO 2.0 young entrepreneurs. In a maximum 90-second Instagram reel, participants should show what they love about their job and inspire viewers. Participation is possible individually or as a team.
Likes for the top three places
The entries received were posted as reels on the ZVO Instagram channel. The winners were determined by the number of (organic) likes in the feed on the cut-off date. First place went to trainees Nico and Alper from ZINQ. Second place went to Gina, an apprentice at MacDermid Enthone. Third place went to Horatio and Kubilay from Diehl Metall.
