The technotrans Group successfully completed Phase 1 of its Future Ready 2025 strategy despite challenging conditions. Consolidated revenue rose by 13 % to an all-time high of EUR 238.2 million.

Despite the global challenges, the technotrans Group reports a successful business result for 2022 and the successful completion of Phase 1 of the Future Ready 2025 strategy. Consolidated revenue rose by 13 % to EUR 238.2 million, not only significantly exceeding the forecast but also marking a new all-time high. Based on a significant improvement in profitability in the Technology segment, the EBIT margin reached 6.0% (prior year: 5.2%).

With a record order backlog of 101 million euros and a book-to-bill ratio of 1.2 at December 31, 2022, further growth is expected. The Executive Board therefore expects consolidated sales of between EUR 255 million and EUR 265 million in fiscal 2023, with an EBIT margin of between 6.2 % and 7.2 %. "In the wake of global trends such as digitalization, decarbonization and electrification, our core competence thermal management is becoming increasingly important. This is reflected in revenue and order backlog, which have risen to record levels and provide the basis for strong financial performance despite difficult underlying conditions," says Michael Finger, Spokesman of the Board of Management of technotrans SE.
