At PaintExpo, Softec will be presenting a broad-based program for the Omnitec industry software, especially for surface finishers such as powder coaters. In addition to the modules of the ERP system, Softec will be presenting Omnitec mobile, a new development and portfolio of apps that simplify everyday work. Starting with simple order entry via barcode scanning in the incoming goods department, through photo documentation, feedback of PDA and QA data to the creation of the loading list during loading - there are apps for many work steps that can be easily integrated into the process and thus reduce walking distances and save time.
Softec augmented reality app
With the Softec Augmented Reality (AR) app, for example, system information can be displayed directly in the smartphone camera image. The app is designed to enable predictive maintenance in production and make important information visible at a glance in the right place. For this purpose, virtual data panels can be placed on which - via interfaces to systems and the ERP - corresponding information and measured values are displayed.
