The SKZ Plastics Center and Dopak began their collaboration in March 2025. Dopak has been an integral part of the plastics market in Poland for many decades. "The company has close ties with the plastics industry and therefore knows the needs of potential customers. Together we can actively raise the profile of SKZ in Poland and further emphasize Dopak's extensive knowledge of the Polish plastics industry," says Matthias Ruff, Head of Sales Education & Research at SKZ.
Selected SKZ training courses available
With the partnership, Dopak is expanding its range of further training courses to include SKZ training courses. These include, for example, the areas of extrusion technology, recycling technology and additive manufacturing. The training courses are offered as classroom training courses at the SKZ headquarters in Würzburg, Germany, and as on-site training courses in Poland at the customer's premises or at the Dopak technical center. Online courses and web-based training round off the offer.
International research support
The institute's research and development services now also extend to the Polish plastics market. "We offer our customers the opportunity to carry out difficult and complex research projects that require advanced infrastructure and state-of-the-art knowledge, and we are convinced that the SKZ can support the Polish market with its expertise in this area with the new partnership," says Andre Steiner, Head of Foreign Trade at Dopak.
