At the heart of the software from Reiter Oberflächentechnik GmbH + Co KG is a new technology that enables every user to record and automate painting tasks. In-depth programming knowledge is not required. The motion sequence carried out with a manual gun during coating is recorded and then carried out by the robot in the production process. By simply recording, transferring and replicating movements, users can automate their work processes without having to deal with complex code.
Intuitive programming process
The intuitive user interface simplifies the programming process and enables faster adaptation to changing requirements. This makes automation simple and efficient.
Three-dimensional component measurement
In addition to this platform, Reiter is also presenting a three-dimensional component measurement system: users can use it to precisely measure one or more components even while the conveyor is running. A part verification is then carried out by comparing it with a stored 3D model in a matter of seconds. Part verification checks whether the correct component has been suspended and whether the correct movement program for this part is being executed. In addition, a position detection is carried out for each component. The stored robot movement program is adapted to the detected position. This ensures a consistent coating result, even with twisted hanging components.
