Maximum saturation prolongs the service life of the membranes during electrolysis and saves energy during subsequent concentration of the sodium hydroxide solution. Other process steps such as residue liberation, or checking the sulfuric acid concentration in chlorine gas can be monitored with an accuracy of up to 0.03 m% with LiquiSonic.
