On June 11, 2024, Sensor+Test in Nuremberg will once again open its doors under the motto "Welcome to the Innovation Dialogue!". Around 380 exhibitors will be on site.

The supporting program of Sensor+Test includes the "Calibration Area", which is taking place for the first time. Under the motto "Innovative Calibration", exhibitors will present their innovations for the calibration of sensors and measurement technology in Hall 2. The focus will be on digital concepts and the challenges of calibration.

Job lounge and accompanying congresses

For the second time, a "Job Lounge" will also be held on the first and third days of the trade fair. Another highlight is the free lecture program for all visitors at the Forum in Hall 1 on all days of the trade fair. All presentations will be broadcast live online and the recordings will be published online after the event. This also applies to the Technology Forum in Hall 2. The 22nd GMA/ITG Symposium on Sensors and Measuring Systems will take place parallel to the actual trade fair. It is organized by the Informationstechnische Gesellschaft im VDE (ITG) in cooperation with the VDI/VDE-Gesellschaft Mess- und Automatisierungstechnik (GMA). The ETTC 2024 European Test and Telemetry Conference, an important international platform for telemetry, telecontrol, test instrumentation and data processing, will also take place at this time.

Even more international than before

In terms of internationality, Sensor+Test is reaching a new level. There will be an extremely large number of exhibitors from abroad this time, with a focus on the UK, the USA and East Asia. "With a targeted international growth strategy, we are strengthening the trade fair in the field of sensor and measurement technology and supporting our exhibitors and AMA members in operating successfully in the global market," explains Elena Schultz, Managing Director of AMA Service GmbH.

On the move digitally too

Even though the focus of Sensor+Test will be on personal encounters and face-to-face discussions, the accompanying digital offering will be retained. For example, the live broadcast of the forum presentations and the Digital Agenda as an online presentation forum during the trade fair will provide information channels for all those who cannot be present in Nuremberg. After the trade fair, an information platform with all company contacts, solutions, innovations and presentations will be available.
