Dr.-Ing. Max Schlötter GmbH & Co KG in Geislingen held its first international sales conference: the "Schlötter Days 2023" from September 25 - 27, 2023. With 95 participants from 22 nations, the event was used for comprehensive knowledge transfer, networking and further development of sales competencies at Schlötter.
The Schlötter Days kicked off with guided company tours at the Geislingen parent company. Participants gained insights into the areas of analytics, R&D with the latest test benches, technical center, product management and marketing. They were able to learn about current industry trends through keynote presentations at the Buntweberei site in Eislingen. They shared their experiences and participated in discussions about sales strategies, market dynamics and new technologies.
