According to color granulate manufacturer Rowa, six trend shades will shape future design and product cycles. They are based on global design trends and the forecasts of the Coloro and WGSN institutes.

For 2026, Rowa Masterbatch expects increased demand for Amber Haze, a yellow-green tone with a crystal-like appearance that addresses themes such as earthiness and regenerative resources. Blue Aura stands for calm, pastel blue tones with shimmering effects. The color world is suitable for concepts relating to lighting design and transparent or metallic-looking surfaces. Cocoa Brown brings a deep, warm brown into focus, offering versatile combination options and giving cool color worlds more depth.

Neon shade between pink and violet

One of the more dynamic trend shades is Electric Fuchsia, a bright neon shade between pink and violet, which is likely to play a role in technology-oriented areas and in eye-catching product designs. Jelly Mint embodies a fresh, youthful shade of green that, according to Rowa Masterbatch, is increasingly appealing to adult target groups and is often used in playful or cosmetic applications. Transformative Teal combines blue and green to create a fluid tone that picks up on ecological themes, references to nature and future orientation.

Applications in packaging and consumer goods

Rowa Masterbatch has developed pure and effect-based variants of all six trend colors to offer manufacturers and designers a wide range of color design options for future product generations.
