Richard Geiss GmbH presents solutions for more circular economy and less CO2 in the cleaning process at parts2clean

At parts2clean, Richard Geiss GmbH will show how more sustainability and a smaller CO2 footprint can be achieved in parts and surface cleaning. The solvent specialist is one of Europe's leading companies in the field of solvent recycling. In addition to products for the degreasing process, the focus will also be on the latest innovation for solvent monitoring and maintenance: Cleanstab AS. The sump stabilizer is used in cleaning systems for surface cleaning and metal degreasing. With a pH value of 13.5 (at 20°C), it ensures equilibrium in the solvent bath with modified alcohols. Thus, it reduces the acidity of the solvent and raises the pH value at the same time.

For decades, Richard Geiss GmbH has been committed to the sustainable approach of solvent recovery and recycling. The family-owned company is a specialist in the treatment of solvents and their return to a functioning closed-loop system. The distillates thereby achieve 100 percent of the original product quality and save a lot of CO2 emissions. Geiss also focuses on sustainability in its own energy management. The company is self-sufficient in a good third of the heating energy it requires. For the power supply, the figure is as high as 60 percent. Heat recovery, regenerative power sources and the "Waste to Energy" concept save around 2,500 tons of CO2 per year.
