Zestron Eye Mobile guides the user easily and quickly to a precise measurement result. Up to ten cleaning systems for stencils or assemblies in which different cleaning chemicals are used can be monitored and the measurement results fully documented and stored for process control and traceability.
In case of concentration shifts in the cleaning bath, the user receives a re-dosing recommendation via cleaning chemistry or deionized water - depending on the measurement result. The process optimization tool offers a long battery life and can be used by the user for measurements over several working days. The data can be subsequently transferred to a PC via software.
