The trend report RAL Colour Feeling 2023+ offers designers a stimulating tool for diverse applications, which is characterized by the easy combinability of colors. The color matrix is suitable for atmospheric as well as function-oriented coloration of the physical and virtual environment, because it is increasingly important for companies to develop hybrid designs. The new trend report was developed as part of the long-standing cooperation between RAL Farben and the Institute International Trendscouting at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Hildesheim.
This year's Trend Report includes natural shades inspired by seaweed and earth colors, as well as more artificial tones designed to reflect the metaverse. Higher saturated shades are gaining traction online and offline. This year, the Bonn-based color experts are offering a RAL Trend Box for the first time. This translates the trend colors into different materials and invites people to experiment with color and material. The box was developed in cooperation with material partners Covestro, Object Carpet and TIGER Coatings as well as the bdia - bund deutscher innenarchitekten.
