Sita Messtechnik GmbH presents customized process solutions and mobile measuring devices for defining and monitoring the quality-influencing process parameters of cleaner concentration, bath contamination, partial cleanliness and wettability. By using the proven measurement variables surface tension, fluorescence intensity and contact angle, these are monitored efficiently and in line with requirements.
In the field of process liquid monitoring, the Sita DynoTester+ and the Sita ConSpector will be presented on site. The former measures the surface tension as well as the surfactant concentration simply and quickly and alerts when set limit values are exceeded or not reached. The Sita ConSpector monitors the degree of contamination of cleaning and rinsing baths. The SurfaSpector and the CleanoSpector will also be presented at the booth.
