The new Gema vertical module ZA17 for precise gun positioning ensures good coating results, even with complex application requirements. The ZA17 vertical module in combination with the fixed ZS05 axis positions the UA05 and UA05-x gun axes precisely on the coating object. The coating results are of high quality for complex application requirements and difficult part geometries.
Coating inclined substrates
Up to six ZA17 vertical modules can be mounted on one ZS05 axis, with each module working independently of the others. The ZA17 modules either move the coating guns to a variable fixed position or oscillate over a surface, enabling precise coating of complex parts and angled substrates.
