After a good year and a half of development work, the Kunststoff-Institut has succeeded in developing a concept for digitally translating the standards, norms and delivery specifications of automotive manufacturers and integrating them into an online quote configurator in its own web store with the help of the startup Foxbase.
Instead of having to manually carry out the test planning for new parts over and over again in a time-consuming manner, sometimes waiting several days for a quote from accredited laboratories, customers of the Kunststoff-Institut can now request quotes themselves at any time within a minute by answering a few questions and also receive a statement on the estimated processing time.
