In the metal business area, Henkel supplies surface treatment solutions for the entire value chain of the metal industry - for example, for steel coils, metal packaging such as beverage cans, and industrial metal treatment, e.g. of steel parts for agricultural vehicles or the construction sector. Here, Pernille Lind Olsen is responsible for global sales as well as marketing, strategy and innovation.
Prior to this, Danish-born Pernille Lind Olsen demonstrated her management skills at various positions with the international companies Novozymes and Hempel. In her last role as Group Vice President at Hempel, she was responsible for operations in the Europe and Africa regions, and before that in South and East Asia. During her career, she also held a number of roles in marketing, strategy, product and innovation portfolio management.
