CO2 snow jet cleaning from acp systems has established itself for particulate and filmic contamination in demanding production environments. In contrast to wet-chemical methods, the process can be integrated inline and does not require energy-intensive drying.
The material compatibility of CO2 snow was investigated in a joint project on typical surfaces of medical and pharmaceutical products; a basic validation for life science applications is also available.
A clean room pilot plant up to ISO class 5 is available for customer-specific tests. Applications from pre-cleaning to final cleaning as well as the cleaning of already assembled components will be explained at the trade fair stand.
