Deutsche Messe has announced a personnel change in its “Trade and Consumer Fairs” division. As of August 1, 2026, Bastian Siglreithmaier has taken over as head of the “DOMOTEX, didacta, parts2clean, and SurfaceTechnology GERMANY” division. In this role, he reports to Hendrik Rawe, head of the “Trade and Consumer Fairs” business unit.
For the trade shows parts2clean and SurfaceTechnology GERMANY, the change is primarily relevant at the department level. According to Deutsche Messe, the individual trade show project management roles—and thus the technical leadership of the teams—will remain with the current managers. Ramtin Randjbar-Moshtaghin will continue to be responsible for parts2clean and SurfaceTechnology GERMANY.
Succession in Department Management
Siglreithmaier succeeds Hendrik Rawe as department head. Rawe had assumed leadership of the business unit effective July 1, 2026. In addition to parts2clean and SurfaceTechnology GERMANY, the department headed by Siglreithmaier also includes the DOMOTEX and didacta events.
Deutsche Messe is thus emphasizing continuity within the operational project teams for the individual events, while the overarching responsibility at the department level has been reassigned. For exhibitors and visitors to parts2clean and SurfaceTechnology GERMANY, the familiar points of contact for the trade show projects will therefore remain the same.
Responsibilities in the Trade Show Projects
According to the company, the individual trade show project management roles will continue to be held by Annette Levy for DOMOTEX, Björn Schneeberg for didacta, and Ramtin Randjbar-Moshtaghin for parts2clean and SurfaceTechnology GERMANY. The personnel reorganization thus primarily affects the organizational leadership within Deutsche Messe’s trade show division.
