Technical upheavals are causing more and more companies to rethink their product range. They are increasingly focusing on the production of sophisticated components for growth and high-tech sectors. These include aerospace, measurement and analysis technology, medical and pharmaceutical technology, sensor technology, new mobility, electronics and the semiconductor industry. "In these industries, components have to meet very high standards in terms of performance, quality and reliability," says Ramtin Randjbar-Moshtaghin, Project Director at Deutsche Messe AG. "The exhibitors at this year's parts2clean will be presenting optimally adapted and future-oriented solutions for this."
Variety of solutions for cleaning technology
For example, plants, systems, media and process technologies for fluid-based processes and energy-efficient drying will be on display. The focus will also be on solutions for dry cleaning, cleaning containers and workpiece carriers. Water treatment and bath care, including the control, monitoring and checking of cleaning, rinsing and drying processes and the cleanliness achieved, are also a topic here. The automation of parts handling and digitalization are helping to counteract the shortage of skilled workers, as is the integration of cleaning processes into networked production environments and the use of AI. All of this will be on show at the trade fair. Last but not least, clean and ultra-clean rooms, cleaning services and specialist literature will also be presented.
Important trend topics also in the supporting program
In addition to the exhibition, the bilingual p2c.expert forum with presentations by experts from research and science as well as associations and industry will offer further specialist knowledge on various topics. The special show "Process Chain Technical Cleanliness", organized jointly with the CEC (Cleaning Excellence Center), looks at cleaning with its surrounding production processes and provides pragmatic solutions. The German Industrial Parts Cleaning Association (FiT) will once again be represented with a special show area. A crowd-puller will be the presentation of the "FiT2clean Award" innovation prize worth 10,000 euros on October 9. Every year, the trade association presents this award to recognize outstanding achievements and innovative solutions in industrial component cleaning.
