Market overview and technology trends
The 21st parts2clean brings together more than 165 exhibitors from 16 countries at the Stuttgart Exhibition Center; this represents an increase of around ten percent compared to 2023. Systems and processes for deburring, degreasing, classic cleaning and high-purity applications as well as solutions for media preparation, cleaning containers and cleanliness control will be on show. The focus will also be on dry processes such as CO₂ snow, plasma and laser as well as automation and line integration.
Reduce energy consumption, control processes
Several innovations address energy efficiency and process stability: sensor-based monitoring, partly with AI, for demand-based control of cleaning, rinsing and drying stages, software for pump control and energy management as well as media that effectively clean or dephosphate at lower temperatures. A new solution for partial cleaning with water-based media will be presented; continuous recording and documentation of relevant parameters will also come to the fore.
Supporting program with award and expert forum
The supporting program provides cross-industry expertise on sustainability, the circular economy, carbon footprint and trends in high-tech segments. The highlight is the presentation of the FiT2clean Award, endowed with 10,000 euros, on the third day of the trade fair. The special show "Process Chain Technical Cleanliness", organized together with the Cleaning Excellence Center (CEC), will show practical implementation steps. In the bilingual p2c.expert forum, the program includes a keynote speech by Rödl & Partner on regulatory issues as well as sessions on basic principles, monitoring/control, high-purity, testing/analysis and combined processes; all presentations will be simultaneously translated and participation is free of charge for trade fair visitors.
