Oltrogge's trade fair presentation at PaintExpo 2026 in Karlsruhe will focus on the mixing and dosing technology of its own brand, Regular. The system is characterized by fast color changes, easy rinsing, and quantity-controlled dosing of all components. The modular concept with interfaces for Ethernet, automation, and robots supports integration into automated painting processes.
Polyester spraying technology for high-gloss surfaces
For demanding high-gloss applications, Oltrogge is showcasing its own polyester spray gun, which can be used as an addition to the PSG 8 polyester spraying system or in stand-alone operation. The external mixing principle with injection of the peroxide hardener into the atomization air channel ensures high process reliability and uniform application – for example in automotive, yacht, or furniture construction.
Holistic approach with compressed air technology
As a partner of Atlas Copco, Oltrogge combines coating technology and compressed air systems to create coordinated complete solutions – from generation and treatment to monitoring. Oltrogge will be exhibiting at PaintExpo 2026 in Hall 3, Booth 3324.
