The requirements for the cleanliness of components and parts are high - especially when it comes to cleaning products for sensitive areas in medical technology, the pharmaceutical and optical industries, sensor, laser and measurement technology, or electronics. Many manufacturers therefore decide to move their cleaning processes to clean and pure environments. Only there can submicron contamination, filmic-chemical residues, or fingerprints be completely eliminated. But this also means that the cleaning solution must be adapted to the conditions in the cleanroom. The JetCell-HP system from acp is a cleaning cell designed for cleanrooms with dry quattroClean snow jet technology. It can be used to perform a wide variety of cleaning tasks in the cleanroom automatically in standalone mode or inline. Cleaning is performed dry with climate-neutral carbon dioxide. Due to the design of the wear-free two-substance ring nozzle, the cleaning effect is very good. The four mechanisms of action (thermal, mechanical, solvent and sublimation effect) ensure that particulate and filmic chemical contaminants are reliably removed.
