New ZVO Executive Board begins work

On January 1, 2026, the newly elected board of the Central Association for Surface Technology (ZVO) officially began its three-year term of office. The personnel decisions had already been made in the fall of 2025.

The new Executive Board of the Central Association for Surface Finishing (ZVO) has been in office since January 1, 2026. The regular Executive Board elections for the coming three-year term took place during the ZVO General Meeting on September 24, 2025, in Berlin.

Executive Board elections and personnel changes

Hannah Betz and Tobias Wesselow were newly elected to the ZVO board. They succeed Rainer Venz and Walter Zeschky, who did not stand for re-election. This results in a partial renewal of the board's membership.

Chair and deputy confirmed

At the constituent board meeting on November 12, 2025, in Niedernberg, the board appointed the chair and deputy chairs from among its members. Jörg Püttbach was re-elected as chair of the board. The board confirmed Dr. Martin Kurpjoweit and Dr. Elke Moosbach as deputy chairs.
