The nEDC300 from Edwards Vacuum offers higher performance. The noise level and reliability have also been significantly improved.

"With the nEDC300, we have developed an uncomplicated vacuum solution that is closely aligned with the standards and quality requirements of the target markets," says Megha Ajmal, Product Manager at Edwards Vacuum. The claw pump has stainless steel rotors. A durable stator coating protects the stainless, wetted parts. The nEDC series is therefore suitable for harsh applications.

Greater ease of maintenance

The claw vacuum pump is easy to maintain thanks to its modular design. The pump element is located separately and insulated inside. The pump can be cleaned quickly and easily, which simplifies maintenance and repair and reduces downtime.

Lower noise level

The claw pump's silencer has been redesigned to ensure a lower noise level. According to the manufacturer, the nEDC300 offers a low noise level compared to other pumps on the market. The new silencer also contributes to an improved air flow, so that the temperature inside the pump is lower than in previous models. This reduces the risk of oil leaks and increases the service life of the device.

Versatile in use

The nEDC300 from Edwards Vacuum can be used in a wide range of applications, for example in thermoforming. It can also be used in vacuum conveying, domestic vacuum, food processing and medical systems.
