The development team at Apson Lackiertechnik GmbH has set itself the goal of further improving the efficiency of painting technology, including the processing of water-based paints. As an alternative to the paint atomizers normally used for processing water-based paints with external charging via a high-voltage ring, Apson has now developed a high-performance atomizer with internal charging and an integrated paint tank. The essential potential separation between high voltage and earth potential takes place inside the atomizer.
Central filling of the paint tank
The paint tank can be filled centrally via a loading tube through the rotating atomizer bell. The loading tube is mechanically connected to the paint changer (e.g. the intrinsically safe Apson SR-24 rotary paint changer) in a loading and cleaning station for atomizers.
Other new atomizer types
- Multispectral: A paint changer is integrated into the atomizer. Up to 18 colors can be used in the bell.
- Dual: The bell has two separate chambers so that two different paints can be applied at the same time.
- Hybrid: An all-in-one solution that combines bell and gun in one atomizer.
