A leading direct mail printing service provider has equipped two more printing presses with Adphos aNIR drying technology. The follow-up order strengthens Adphos' market position in high-speed inkjet printing.

A North American direct mail printing service provider has expanded its investment in Adphos' aNIR drying technology to a total of four HP PageWide T250 HD printing presses. Following successful upgrades to the first two systems, the company decided to purchase two additional systems due to demonstrable performance improvements.

Up to 185% higher production speed

With aNIR, production speed was increased from 55 m/min to up to 150 m/min. At the same time, substrate flexibility has been expanded: even high-gloss, heavy, or lower-cost papers can be processed reliably and without compromising quality. Instant drying reduces downtime and bottlenecks. This increases system availability and reduces waste.

Scalable growth in high-speed inkjet

By shifting applications to the HP PageWide T250 HD with aNIR, the print service provider is optimizing its cost structure and tapping into additional market potential.

More than a dozen HP PageWide T2X0 systems worldwide have now been equipped with adphos aNIR drying technology. The new order underscores the growing importance of energy-efficient thermal process solutions in industrial inkjet printing.
