The new drying and heating cabinets can be used flexibly in laboratories and other test environments. Materials can be cured or heated in the heating cabinets, and their behavior under dryness and heat can thus be investigated. Temperature stress tests or accelerated aging tests can also be performed in the cabinets. The units are available with either circulating air or free convection and operate at temperatures up to 300 degrees. An absolutely homogeneous temperature distribution takes place inside them. Thanks to efficient insulation, they consume up to 30 percent less energy than other commercially available heating ovens, according to the manufacturer.
The vacuum drying ovens enable gentle and effective drying that does not endanger sensitive materials. They offer a unique safety concept that allows even flammable solvents to be heated vigorously. Thanks to large heat-conducting plates that transfer heat directly, even flammable materials can be heated to 110 degrees. All drying ovens are currently available in six variants.
