With the Decoline II production line, Singulus Technologies has developed a new coating system with titanium. The new process reduces the necessary process steps, because substrates made of glass or plastic substrates no longer need to be coated. Users can choose between six metallic base colors and their mixed shades.
The Decoline can be used to coat components with a diameter of up to 68 or 90 mm and a length of 130 mm. It integrates both vacuum metallization with the polycoater and all coating and pretreatment steps in a single pass. The system is highly automated and can be operated by just one employee.
