Flexible rotary tables are an important component for the realization of efficient and individual processes in production plants. The new EDH+ rotary tables from Expert-Tünkers make it possible to move workpieces, materials and products weighing up to 500 kg quickly and precisely. Depending on the size, the rotary tables have a torque that is up to 67 percent higher than similar tables. Axial loads of up to 13,000 kg can be easily moved and aligned using the EDH+ table.
Optimization of production cycles
The greater acceleration leads to a reduction in turning times and therefore to an optimization of production cycles. Table tops of various sizes from 360 mm to 920 mm in diameter with an overall height of 190 mm to 360 mm are possible for different areas of application. A large output radius and several roller pins with optimized emergency stop behaviour ensure optimum power transmission and distribution. The 25 percent larger center passage facilitates media feed-through.
Versatile and space-saving
The movement sequence with new loads, positions or traversing directions is easily possible on the flexible turntables. This means that different product variants can be processed on one production line, saving time and space. This is made possible by the freely programmable servomotors. The output angle and acceleration can be freely selected. The space-saving installation of the servomotors and the compact design make the rotary tables suitable for a wide range of applications.
