With the new function, Denios is responding to customer requests to be able to easily move the heavy and stable sliding doors on fire protection warehouses. Following successful test runs, the "Comfort Motion" can now be installed as standard.
Greatly reduced effort required
Previously, a force of 26 kg had to be pulled or pushed to set the doors in motion. This effort is now almost halved with the new equipment feature. Thanks to the new opening and closing technology, it is now possible to set the 500 kg sliding fire protection doors in motion with practically two fingers. Older Denios fire protection storage systems can be retrofitted with "Comfort Motion". It is now fitted as standard in all new RFP 815.30 SD models.
Electric version also possible
In addition to the "Comfort Motion" solution, the company also offers the fire protection storage system in an electrically operated version (RFP 815.30 SD ED). With this model, customers can open and close the sliding doors by remote control. This means that the doors can also be conveniently operated from a forklift truck.
