Hahn+Kolb offers complete Flaco trolleys for mobile machine supply with cooling lubricant. The new mixing and dosing devices are environmentally friendly and economical, as they can be used to avoid over-greased emulsions and have low water consumption. At the same time, their digital control increases the accuracy of the set values. A mixing chamber specially developed by Flaco for this purpose improves the quality of the emulsion. The Pro version of the models also offers the option of documenting process and health-related data such as the concentration or pH value of the emulsion.
Dosing directly at the machine
Whether with a tank or water connection: Flaco's cooling lubricant mixing and dosing systems are battery-powered and are therefore mobile without a power connection. An automatic dispensing valve fitted as standard, in conjunction with a tank adapter, prevents overfilled machine tanks. The filling height of the machine tank can be varied by 50 mm with the tank adapter. This ensures safe filling during operation or when the machine is at a standstill. Users set the desired quantity and concentration of emulsion digitally. Two measuring chambers permanently regulate the dosing process, whereby the constant addition of the concentrate via the mixing chamber into the water flow creates a particularly homogeneous and stable emulsion.
