As part of the merger of the two companies, the universal succession and thus all contractual relationships will be transferred to Deutsche Metrohm. In future, the name of the company will be Metrohm Deutschland GmbH & Co KG and no longer Deutsche Metrohm GmbH & Co KG.

The merger of the two companies will enable Metrohm GmbH & Co KG to pool its expertise and resources more efficiently and to continue to offer its customers high-quality products and services in the future. The contractual relationship with customers and suppliers will not change as a result of this merger. All contact persons can still be reached using the existing contact details.
