Coatmaster has modernized the cloud infrastructure for evaluation in the area of non-contact coating thickness measurement in order to increase the overall measurement speed. The time between two measurements with Coatmaster Flex has been significantly reduced by shortening the evaluation time by 500%. This means that more than 10 measurements can now be carried out in less than 20 seconds under real conditions.
The further development of the measurement technology enables more precise measurements both for high coating thicknesses over 300µm and for measurements below 10µm - the accuracy has improved by up to 250%. No changes need to be made to the device itself in order to benefit from the improvements. The update will be effective from November 13th.
