The management and employees of Mazurczak deeply regret the loss of Babro Mazurczak. After studying business administration, she worked in the company together with her husband Gerhard Mazurczak and was responsible for advertising. After the death of her husband in 1995, Babro Mazurczak took over responsibility for Mazurczak GmbH as owner and has since driven the company's development as a partner. She was valued above all for her respect for the people in the company, her sense of social responsibility and her open and honest dealings with employees.
Committed well into old age
The entrepreneurial drive also characterized the medium-sized businesswoman. Even at the ripe old age of 80, Babro Mazurczak invested over one million euros in the construction of a new production building in order to be able to produce the completely new product range of heat exchangers, "Synotherm". "Without her work and her courage, the company would not be where it is today," say the employees.
