Since 1950, WIWA Wilhelm Wagner GmbH & Co. KG has been producing, among other things, air-operated piston pumps for the industrial pumping of one-component coatings, paints, oils, greases, sealants and adhesives as well as other medium- to high-viscosity materials. Low- and high-pressure pumps with flow rates between 4.3 and 34.8 liters per minute cover applications in a wide variety of fields.

In addition to individual feed pumps, which can complete existing application systems, WIWA also has double pump units, pressure boosting stations or complete material supply systems in its program. Various paint conveying systems can be defined as standard in advance together with the user and then minimally adapted to the current orders in each case. These are later integrated into the company's own systems, which are then supplied to steel suppliers, container builders or shipyards, among others, for coating tasks.

One of the three versions comprises a single-column lift with control system and inductive sensor for position sensing, a WIWA Herkules GX 360.27 high-pressure pump, a maintenance unit, a capacitive level probe for the drum, and a maintenance switch. The system is mounted on a rear wall frame. A throttle nozzle on the return valve allows the circulating material to flow gently into the drum, where a fixed-speed, shut-off ATEX electric agitator ensures continuous mixing. At the end customer, the material is sucked out of the 200-liter drum by the pump via the suction line and then fed to a material flow heater.
