In addition to the pleasing order intake, the cleaning specialists recorded a high level of project activity. In the high-purity segment, challenging projects were realized in terms of size and quality requirements, such as a XXXL system for VAT in Malaysia, a ultra-fine cleaning system for Trumpf, and special concepts for additively manufactured medical implants for an international manufacturer.
Accordingly, the share of sales in the High Purity segment also increased disproportionately in 2022 and determines business activities. This is also reflected in the fact that cleanroom-based contract cleaning is steadily increasing in the company's own test and service center and likewise in new products, for example the PowerJet compact CNp. LPW CEO Gerhard Koblenzer: "We are particularly pleased about the granting of the European CNp patents - and about the feedback from our customers. The cleanliness requirements achieved, for example in semiconductor high-vacuum technology, significantly exceed common expectations."
