For decades, the oil-sealed rotary vane pumps of the TRIVAC series have been among the established solutions for industry and research. With the TRIVAC L, Leybold is now launching a new model with optimized air cooling based on the proven pump principle. The pump is suitable for rough and fine vacuum applications as well as for use as a backing pump in combination with Roots, diffusion, turbomolecular or cryogenic pumps.
Flexible use in a variety of applications
A patented, three-stage gas ballast improves water vapor tolerance and enables use even in environments with high humidity. Standard flanges and the option of vertical or horizontal outlet alignment facilitate integration into existing systems. Typical areas of application include analytics, research and development, metallurgy, freeze drying, the manufacture of air conditioning and heat pump systems, and coating processes in semiconductor and solar technology.
Low operating costs and simplified maintenance
The TRIVAC L is available in suction speed classes from 5.8 to 92/110 m³/h (50/60 Hz). A redesigned oil housing lowers the oil temperature and extends the oil's service life. Energy-efficient motors, a robust mechanical design, and easy access for oil changes are designed to reduce maintenance and contribute to low total operating costs. Leybold also offers a range of services and accessories for different application requirements.
