The family business Leutenegger + Frei was handed over to CEO Stefan Matti and his wife Sandra Matti. The Swiss manufacturer of industrial equipment in the fields of surface and baking technology continues its business as usual.

After 66 years in business, the siblings Erich and Christine Leutenegger are placing the future of Leutenegger + Frei AG in the hands of the new owners Sandra and Stefan Matti from Kirchberg SG. The future of the company is thus secured for the long term. Stefan Matti has been working at Leutenegger + Frei AG since 2017 and has been leading the company as CEO for over two years. The complete takeover of the company has now been completed.

The Matti couple intends to hold on to the L+F brand and the Andwil SG location. The objectives of the new owners include the expansion of internationalization, the further development of the latest system control and the expansion of after-sales services. This is to ensure long-term support at all levels for customers in the surface technology and bakery sectors.
