The Kloz Group has acquired Metallform Wächter GmbH, based in Bretten-Gölshausen, with effect from May 28, 2025. The company specializes in the manufacture of cleaning baskets, goods carriers and high-quality sheet metal products and will operate under the name Metallform Kloz GmbH in future.
The takeover was carried out by Felix Kloz Verwaltungs- und Beteiligungs KG, based in Fellbach. The aim is to expand the metal processing expertise within the Kloz Group and to further develop the product portfolio. At the same time, existing structures are to be strengthened and synergies exploited within the group.
Strategic integration to strengthen stainless steel expertise
The operations of Metallform Kloz will continue with the existing workforce. The existing contact persons will be retained, as will the familiar quality standards. Cengiz Öztok, who has held management positions within the Kloz Group for several years, will take over the management. He is also responsible for the business of DKF Kloz in Fellbach and MetDra Kloz in Leonberg.
With the integration of Metallform, the Kloz Group's range of services is to be expanded, particularly in the stainless steel sector, and further internationalized. The Group expects this to provide customers, suppliers and partners with additional technical possibilities and increased innovation potential.
