The "test cell" from KF Industrieanlagen GmbH offers the right option for specific requirements thanks to the integration of up to two measuring heads in both horizontal and vertical alignment. Standalone operation can be easily extended with optional Profinet communication with other systems.
With an accuracy of ±1.2 µm, a large depth of field measurement range of 20 mm, a bandwidth of up to 120 mm, insensitivity to ambient light and the ability to perform up to 100 measurements with one exposure, the test cell is also suitable for difficult shapes and punching geometries. With the additional monitoring of solder joints, we offer a versatile solution for the areas of strip electroplating and stamping technology.
