In mid-December, politician Hubertus Heil visited Galvanotechnik Kessel GmbH & Co KG in Vechelde. The focus of the MP's second visit was on reducing bureaucracy for SMEs, lowering the industrial electricity price and promoting PV systems and storage options.
Relief for companies
"The energy transition must go hand in hand with easing the burden on companies. Projects such as the planned PV system at Galvanotechnik Kessel are essential for a sustainable economy. At the same time, we must reduce the bureaucratic burden for such projects," emphasized Heil. The management of Galvanotechnik made it clear how much the effects of bureaucracy slow down companies in their daily business. Heil promised to take these concerns on board and incorporate them into the political dialog. Galvanotechnik Kessel GmbH & Co KG has been an important player in the region for over 55 years and is active in sectors such as the automotive and electrical industries as well as mechanical engineering and energy technology.

Only together will we as a nation retain our economic strength. We are facing up to the challenges that have always made our country strong," explained Managing Partner Marc Schreckenberg.
