SurTec will present complete solutions from intermediate to ultra-fine cleaning for the different requirements. "Intermediate cleaning is a value-adding production step, because precisely optimized cleaning processes can contribute greatly to increasing efficiency as well as achieving higher process reliability and low rework rates," explains Ulrike Kunz, Head of Technical Centre at SurTec.
"For an optimal result, however, it is crucial that the corresponding measures are based on the specific requirements in each case. For example, different cleanliness requirements apply in mechanical engineering or the automotive industry than in medical technology. The motto is: as clean as necessary, but not: as clean as possible." Ideally, the cleaning chemistry, system and parameters such as time and temperature,. depending on the base material, contamination as well as the type of subsequent processes, are also specified for in-dustrial parts cleaning.
