H2O GmbH 2026 is celebrating its anniversary: the Vacudest brand was registered 40 years ago. Today, Vacudest is considered an established solution for wastewater-free production concepts in many industries, including surface technology, metal processing, and chemistry.
Proven technology for resource-efficient processes
Vacudest systems make it possible to recover up to 98 percent of purified water from contaminated industrial wastewater and feed it back into the production process. This reduces disposal costs, stabilizes processes, and supports companies in implementing sustainable water cycles. Technologies such as Clearcat for oil separation and the Vacutouch digital machine control system contribute to consistent water quality and high operational reliability.
International applications and looking ahead
Today, H2O implements Vacudest solutions for customers in more than 55 countries. Over 140 employees develop and maintain systems for sustainable wastewater treatment at the headquarters in Steinen and at international locations. In its anniversary year, H2O intends to continue advancing the development of closed water cycles and set new technical trends.
