The Association for the Surface Finishing of Aluminum (VOA) invites its members and interested guests to the 61st General Meeting for a professional exchange in the surface finishing industry.

The VOA Members' Meeting will take place from June 25 to 27, 2025 at the Steigenberger Hotel in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler. The focus will be on technical and economic topics with well-known experts, such as Prof. Dr. Hubertus Bardt, Managing Director of the Cologne Institute for Economic Research.

Technical circle meets for a session

The event starts with the meeting of the Technical Circle on June 25, 2025. In the public part of the general meeting, Andrea Stenz, Regional Managing Director of the Koblenz Chamber of Industry and Commerce, gives an overview of the economic development in the Ahr Valley four years after the flood. Prof. Dr. Hubertus Bardt will then provide information on the industrial value chains in Germany. "We are particularly proud that we were able to win Prof. Bardt for our event and that the members of the VOA will gain an insight into his expertise," says VOA Managing Director Dr. Alexa A. Becker.

Supporting program for networking

The evening program of the VOA General Assembly offers an opportunity for networking. This time, the VOA will be exploring the "most secret place in Germany" - an underground world that provides insights into the Cold War era. On the evening of June 26, VOA member companies and guests can look forward to a networking dinner to round off the conference.

Registrations for the VOA General Assembly will be possible from mid-March. Further information can be found at www.voa.de.
