The Leipzig Electroplating Award is presented by the German Society for Electroplating and Surface Technology for outstanding technical and ecological achievements in electroplating. Companies in the electroplating and surface technology sector, from raw material and component suppliers to coaters and electroplating shops, can apply or be nominated. The award is open to companies in the electroplating and surface treatment industry, from suppliers of raw materials and components to coaters and electroplating shops. Strategic corporate and management concepts also have a good chance of winning the award.
Applications or proposals must be received by October 31, 2022 and should be accompanied by a meaningful and sufficiently detailed description. They can be submitted by e-mail under the keyword "LFS 2022" to marion.regal@t-online.de. In addition to a bronze statue, a certificate and a review in the journal Galvanotechnik, the award winner will receive the opportunity to present his or her topic in a 20-minute talk at the 28th Leipzig Technical Seminar on March 9, 2023.
