Optris GmbH & Co. KG is launching the CTi LT pyrometer, a further developed member of the CT LT series. Building on the design and performance of its predecessor, the CTi LT offers new functions and features that extend the integration capability and possible uses in industrial applications.
Interchangeable sensor heads
At the heart of the CTi LT is a modular concept with interchangeable sensor heads. Each LT electronic module can be combined with any LT sensor head without compromising measurement accuracy. This simplifies installation, maintenance and replacement and offers machine builders and system integrators advantages for the implementation of flexible temperature monitoring solutions.
Simple process integration
The new CompactPlusConnect software offers an optimized user interface and extended functionalities, making setup, configuration and monitoring easier. In addition, a standardized USB interface is now integrated into every CTi LT pyrometer, enabling quick and easy configuration in industrial environments.
For demanding industrial environments
Equipped with one of the world's smallest infrared sensor heads, the CTi LT series achieves an optical resolution of up to 22:1. The sensors operate reliably at ambient temperatures of up to 180 °C without the need for additional cooling measures.
Measurement of highly emissive materials
The CTi LT also uses a thermopile detector in the spectral range of 8-14 µm and is therefore suitable for measuring highly emissive materials in stationary applications. Analog and digital interfaces enable seamless integration into existing automation and control systems as well as reliable real-time monitoring.
