A specialist for material flow also relies on a smart and future-oriented plant concept in the area of powder coating. The decision was made in favor of a powder coating plant which, thanks to a shuttle conveyor system, realizes very flexible processes in batch size 1 and thus meets the supplier's requirements for high flexibility in terms of part and material diversity.
Optimum coating processes can only be achieved through perfectly adjusted parameters during pretreatment, drying, coating and baking. The shuttle solution makes this possible through individually adjustable processing cycle times in the individual process steps. This not only shortens throughput times, but also significantly reduces process costs.
